On the other side, a new unit will feature more power and better fuel economy, but Escalade with this engine will surely cost much higher. With all these novelties, it is quite possible to see 2019 Cadillac Escalade earlier than usual. Some reports suggest that it will come in the third quarter of 2018.
When it comes to price, the base model will probably continue without changes. It currently starts around 75.000, while best-equipped versions go up to 99.000 dollars. However, if we consider that the version with the new engine will cost higher, we could easily see versions with price over 100.000 dollars.
Competition remains the same. The arch-rival is Lincoln Navigator, but there are many other competitors, such as Mercedes-Benz GLS, Infiniti QX80 and others.
