2019 Land Rover Defender may be getting a Hybrid or Electric version

You will find plenty of off-road centric vehicles on road these days, but the 2019 Land Rover Defender is in a different league altogether! The iconic vehicle with a British root has been used by army and forces since decades and its origins can be traced to 1948. After serving millions of users for 67 years, JLR ceased production of Defender in 2016.

You may expect the upcoming car to feature Led lamps all over. It remains to be seen if it comes with new aluminum-intensive unibody architecture rather than the well known body-on-frame design. An SVX variant may also be there. The interior details are futuristic but some amenities may be added to make it appear more contemporary. It will be available with few interior colors like white, red, orange, green.

There is no doubt the 2019 Defender will get enough safety features and JLR will also offer a lot of entertainment features to cope up with segment rivals. You can sensor-based safety and collision avoidance features in the car. It may also feature a touchscreen infotainment setup.
