The new unit is a 1.6-liter four-cylinder petrol unit. It produces 178 hp and 250 Nm of torque. Opel’s representatives announced the new PureTech engine will make Grandland X accelerate 0-100 k/ h in just 8 seconds/ Top speed of this SUV is 222 km/h (138 mph). The new engine is mated to a standard eight-speed automatic transmission.

When it comes to efficiency and economy, we could hear that thanks to the new engine, the 2020 Opel Grandland X emits fewer gases. The Ultimate model adds 19-inch alloy wheels, premium leather seats, Denon audio, and numerous driver assistance systems.

2020 Opel Grandland X Release Date

The new 2020 Opel Grandland X will be ready next year. Until the end of 2019, the German carmaker will also refresh the rest of the crossover/SUV lineup, including Mokka and Crossland X. The SUV is popular in Europe and that is the only market we will see it in the near future. The price will be the same as before, starting at 25,000 euro. It grows up fast, and top of the line models will cost nearly 40,000 euros.
